Description:

Surface sizing agent (AKD based) LS-20/25/30 is a kind of newly developed cationic highly efficient sizing agent produced by our company, it can be used by the kinds of machines, such as SIZE PRESS and GATE ROLL. The sizing effect can be obtained by the thin layer formed on the surface of paper, it can also enhance the strength of paper, prolong the durability of paper. On the other hand, by using it can reduce the times of wastewater disposal, lower consumption, clean wet production system as well as increase production efficiency.

Use Method:

Use metering pump to add the surface sizing agent continuously to surface sizing starch, compared to the usage 5-25% stock solution mixed with starch, this way can bring best effects. Adhesion amount of 1-5kg for each MT of paper should be used to coat in applicator roll, or add certain amount in turnover trough. If interal adding, it can be added in jatex of intermediate stuff box or the entry of pressurized screen (thin paste).

Package:

Packed in plastic drums with capacity of 200 Kg or 1000Kg.

Storage:

Prevent frost in winter, stored at the temperature 4-30℃, keep in cool place and avoid direct sunlight. This product should be used according to the sequence of entering warehouse.
